We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Head over to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or a 110% store credit voucher for your next haul.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt so you can follow your return every step of the way.
